Lettings

Our experienced management department deals with the management and letting of many residential properties.  We offer free advice on rental achievement and regular advertising.  We also offer full management services, which includes, assured shorthold tenancies, full status checks on tenants, regular property inspections, monthly rental statements, prompt payments to landlords, and experienced maintenance contractors.  There is no fee until the property is let and deposits are held for the properties let.

The 1996 Party Wall Act provides prevention and also resolution by adjoining buildings of conflicts pertaining to party walls, frontier wall surfaces and also dug into areas. Party Wall Disputes

Fountain
 Built in 1911 to commemorate the coronation of King George V and restored in 2002 to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of HM Queen Elizabeth 11.

St Wendreda's
 This 15th century church has a double - hammer beam angel roof, said to be the finest of its kind.

Railway
 Came to March in 1849 and by 1930 was one of the largest and busiest marshalling yards in Europe.

River Nene
 The River Nene is perhaps one of the towns nicest attractions, it runs straight through the town centre, making it almost impossible not to enjoy it's wonderful views.

March Town Hall
 Built in 1900 as a corn exchange later becoming a town hall and a magistrates court, with fundraising, is now a community / arts venue with a cafe and tourist information point. Can be seen from all around March.
